Sample Issuance Filter

This filter is utilized when a user wishes to search for a sample issuance record. User can use magnifying glass to search for existing transaction.

If the user knows already the Sample Issuance ID, input it on the field and press the “Enter” key. If a blue hyperlink appears next to the magnifying glass icon, it indicates that the entered transaction ID is valid. The blue hyperlink next to the magnifying glass is the Sample Issuance link which allows users to easily navigate if he has access to view Sample Issuance Information.

After the user enters the transaction ID, they must click the search icon located on the right side of the same line to start the search process.

If there is an existing record of an order fulfillment associated with the provided sample issuance id, the result will be displayed in the designated area. Otherwise, no results will be shown.
